2 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread, toasted
1 ripe avocado, mashed
2 large eggs (for poaching)
1-2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions:

Toast the Bread:

Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
Prepare the Avocado:

Mash the avocado in a bowl with a pinch of salt, pepper, and lemon juice (if using) for a creamy base.
Poach the Eggs:
